Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of Appointment: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for canceled appointments will be issued minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if necessary.
